Files will be delivered to you in one of 3 ways:

• By Email
• By download
• On CDRom and posted via Royal Mail - (only available if your delivery address is in the UK, and subject to extra charges)

Installation included on some products

Some of the templates and scripts include installation as part of the base price. These products are marked with this graphic;

Returns

Once purchased, you have no right to return the files to us as they are a digital product specifically excluded from the UK Distance Selling Regulations.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us, and we can work any problems out and move on from there.
